Vision Insurance administered through Spectera. Log on to www.spectera.com to view vision care services and providers. Manhard Consulting Ltd. pays 100% of the premium on behalf of employees.

Life Insurance
Life insurance benefit value is 200% of annual base earnings up to a maximum of $50,000. Manhard Consulting Ltd. pays 100% of the premium on behalf of employees.

Short Term Disability Insurance
Short term disability benefit value is 66% of base compensation administered through Assurant.

Long Term Disability Insurance
Long term disability benefit value is 70% of base compensation administered through Assurant.

Staff earn 15 days annually upon hire, one additional day earned annually after every two years of service completed
